The belt drive system is also self tensioning and has steel tapered rollers to keep the belt perfectly centered and quite.
The unit features the Precor Ground Effects Impact Control System which helps to decrease impact on joints and reduces lateral motion.
The console has a vast and comprehensive range of programs and feedback information. There are 26 built-in programs with interval, weight loss, cross country, gluteal as well as customizable programs and many more. All the usual feed data is also displayed plus comprehensive heart rate monitoring vie chest straps or the touch grips. The built in SmartRate shows actual heart rate in relation to the target zone for weight loss and cardio training.
