The Life Fitness 9700 Next Generation is a full featured , heavy duty treadmill. It’s features are long and impressive. It’s heart is a 4 HP motor that can run the belt at speeds from 0.5 – 15 mph. The deck has their patented “flex deck” absorption system and also an automatic wax lubrication system for low maintenance operation. The cushioning of the flex deck allows for running and sprinting with greatly reduced impact on the feet and joints. The frame itself is welded steel not aluminum for maximum strength and durability.

The console provides access to 14 workout programs and has a scrolling message center console with numeric keypad. Built-in, digital heart rate hand sensors can automatically control elevation to keep users in their target heart rate zone.
